During the initial consultation with an HR consultant, you should expect a thorough discussion of your organization's HR challenges and objectives. The consultant will likely ask about your current HR processes, company culture, and specific pain points. They may conduct an initial assessment to identify key areas for improvement and will outline a proposed plan of action, including potential strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
HR consultants typically offer a range of services, including HR strategy development, recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management, employee training and development, compensation and benefits planning, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, and organizational development.
An HR consultant can benefit your organization by providing expert advice on HR strategies, improving HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing effective recruitment and retention strategies, and enhancing employee engagement and performance. Their expertise can lead to more efficient HR operations and a stronger organizational culture.
Good day I have always been doing everything from BEE to EE processes and WPS for my client. I however want to focus on more employee relationships that include dispute resolution, labor negotiations, and implementing employee policies. I will have to cover the EE submission for this year but need to refocus, rework my costing, and refer my clients to other consultants for their different needs. It is just becoming too much to handle The majority of my clients with whom I have been working for more than 15 years fall into two categories. I would appreciate some input and possibly refer some of my clients to other service providers Arbitration and hearings are taking up 90 percent of my time. My client falls into two groups 15-49 and 50 to just two clients have more than employees
