Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

I would like to build an out building at 35 montmore rd, Phoenix, durban. And I would like to find out what options I have and how much it would cost. The land is +-50sqrm.
