We have a 2 bedroom house of an 80sqm and we want to add a bedroom and a garage but aso we would like our sitting room to be bigger.

I want to extend the kitchen. I also want to add a bathroom and turn my bedroom into a en-suite. In fact, I actually want to extend every room of the home because the house is quite small. I live in a residential complex and I am not sure about all of the rules regarding extensions but I am hoping that I am able to do all of the things to the home that I am looking for.
