Upstairs extension
I bought a property from sellers and essentially bought 4 walls and a roof because the building was gutted. When I bought it, there were some issues with the roof and I needed to fix that. The original plans for the building were drawn by a draughtsman and I am now being told that those plans are no longer sufficient and they need to be redone by an accredited architect.
I needs an H shaped farm style design. The house must have a big veranda and must have a left wing and right wing. There needs to be a kitchen, dining room, bedrooms in the left wing. The right wing needs to have my main bedroom which will be an en suite and it has to have a kitchenette as well. Open plan. The main idea is that I am able to have my own space at one side of the house if I wish to have privacy.
I need a quotation of square meter solar panels manufacturing plant , 10 square meter production area, m2, laboratory, m2 office area, Canteen m2 , the total size of the area with parking lot and garden is m2. This property is for manufacturing purposes and needs an architect who is well versed with this scope of work.

I am looking for a firm prepared to check and sign-off drawings to submit for approval of as-built buildings on a farm. I (B Arch UND, ISAA) have prepared drawings, but no longer resident here, and not SACAP registered, so cannot submit them. (Drawings on AutoCad or pdf. upon request)
