I am asking for the approximate cost of construction permits and project adaptation. The purchase of building materials and construction will be organized on his own, personally. I intend to build a cottage personally with workers hired to help.

Architect must be willing to assist wit this and see where the house can stand and how the water system works, septic tanks, etc when drawing up the plans. He must work with a surveyor for the necessary certificates. I speak Afrikaans but my wife Katrina will assist in English. We are based in Pretoria and this is our land in the South Coast.
