Thatched roof, m2, roof needs maintenance, like combing etc. one leak at the nock at the top.
The thatched roofing will be used on a lodge with gumpole structure. The size on plan = 78m2 On a slope of 45 degrees = m2 I'm looking for a square meter rate that will be applicable for other units as well. Rate should include the thatch covering, the gumpole roofing structure as well as the gumpole columns.

Good day. We are planning to move into a house, but the thatched roof is leaking. I can see the black underlayer, as it is sticking out.
