When installing new windows, you should remove all moveables nearby and cover up all immovables.
The duration of windows installation depends on several variables, but on average, installation of one window will take around one hour.
If there is damage to the frame and/or seal that has caused condensation between the panes, the best course of action is to replace the sealed unit as a whole.
