This is for a graduation ball event at the garden venue. The venue does not cater for halaal and we therefore need to outsource. The other guests are having a buffet braai menu. Please could you quote on any recommended menus for the event. Please send me a Whatsapp message because my signal is not always good for phone calls.

We will need light finger food for all attendees in the late morning, and then about 40 people will need a sit-down late lunch with plates, silverware and chairs included. Tables will not be necessary. The other 60 people will be having a spit braai and will need a tent and plates and silverware. We can supply the lamb for the spit braai. Please may you supply me with a quotation for the above, if possible? Thanks!

I am looking for basic meals for approx people. Breakfast and lunch. Due to budget constraints simple pap and vleis with veg and gravy should suffice for lunches. Breakfast simple tea and snawiches will be fine. However, veg salad with fruits will be requested for our diabetics The event is a 2 day event between 4 and 5 May. The dates are set in stone.
