When do I need a building permit in South Africa?
In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
We have recently moved into a modern apartment. Not all of previous furniture,works for the space aesthetically. Kitchen and living room are open plan so a flow and colours that work together would be great. Help required to put together looks and style the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.

Ground floor is for 3 parking. First floor I want to rooms. Each room must have the toilet and shower, fitted small wardrobe and fitted small kitchen cupboard with two plate stove.
