I choose Graham Openshaw from East London who ran away with my money after paying him as full when he wanted deposit so he just acknowledge receiving money and never turned up. I am a pensioner and he took my money.
He appeared to know what he was taking about and shortly after leaving sent me a written quote on G.O.Maintenance paper. He wanted 80% deposit which was a bit steep I felt but he was able to stars as soon as roofing sheets arrived from Jhb. I was anxious to get the job done so the deposit of R 8857.80 was transferred to his bank. Every time we spoke about actually starting the job he would advise sheets hadn't arrived until a query by me with supplier revealed the sheets were a stock item!. From then on Openshaw no longer responded to telephone calls made by me to him or his office. The matter has been handed over to SAPS Fraud Squad and hopefully they will be able to track him down. Of interest is that his quote was for 6 clear roofing sheets at R1100 per sheet whilst in reality the roof only had 2 clear sheets so the other 4 sheets were to bolster the quote.

The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. Apologies for my tone but I'm drive texting I won't have time later to do this. But you can send me the qoutes incase I'm unable to answer when you call as my days are usually extreme. Thanks so much for your time.

I would like to discuss it with your representative as I want it all around my garden. Its a large property and I need this for protection. I have a palisade fence and CCTV cameras but am still experiencing safety issues with someone coming onto my property Thanking you. Mrs

I Have 2 x adjoining room spaces with existing concrete slab roofing Approximately 90sqm in total. When i say slab i mean, this was not done to standard by the looks of it. When it rains it leaks and varies probably between 50 - mm thickness, butt brittle as it can be. Bought this house as is. Concrete is cracking and breaking off and pieces fall down. I would like to replace the concrete roofing with IBR sheeting. Need a new registered with Municipality drawing for the change and also would like to break through one wall which already has plinth supports in (this was a large window previously it seems). We will do the breakout and build with our own contractor.
