I have a garage that needs to be turned into a one bedroom flat. We want to turn this area into a space that we can rent out. We also have an area in the house that we would like to close so that there is only one separate entrance to the one bedroom flat.
I already have a plot of land in place. I am looking to build a small shopping mall and need an architect to draw up a plan for me for the building.
Cost for the plans is required. I will do the coloring in myself after the building is completed, i.e. finishings of the bathrooms, etc
Double storey. Garages and outbuilding at the bottom - open plan. Lots of sliding doors. No unnecessary corners etc. There are building rules here.
