Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

I want a building plan for extension of a 4 room house. I want to add two bedrooms, bathroom and a garage.
I want to build 4x 3 bedroom houses on my Plot. I want the 2houses double garage's to join next to each other like one wall in the middle. and then on other side of yard also same. It will be like a house 1 mirrored to house 2 right next to each other, and then house 3 and 4 axcact copy of 1 and 2. I want the plans to be approved by municipality all done by the architect.
Have a 4 room house and want to extend it a little more but the yard space is very limited. I need 2 more rooms 2 more bath rooms. 1 entertaining room(indoor braai area). Patio and a deck.
