I would like to extend the existing 3 floor house on all levels to a create a modern house. Ideally I would like to use steel frame and glass to take advantage of the views. Currently, the ground floor has an open plan kitchen and lounge, the middle floor has 4 bedrooms and the top floor has a family room and garages.
