I was recently made aware that the carport which was built next to my house by the previous owner was not updated on the building plan, nor did they get approval for it. The building inspector informed me that they consider it to be a garage, not a carport, because it is attached to the boundary wall and my original garage and has a door in front, effectively enclosing it on 3 sides. I therefore have to have the drawing updated. I have indicated it on the original building plans for your information. The house is in a complex, and is zoned as Res 2. The carport in question is approximately 36m².

4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, 2 seperate bathrooms, 1 bathroom to have bath, shower, toilet and basin , the other one to have shower, basin and toilet. Each room to have its own door. Open plan large lounge room with a medium size dininig room. Large kitchen with an island, and higher top counter that can be used as a breakfast eating area . Scullery, double garage, outside balcony/lapa with a pool.
Style doesn't really matter .I need a 4 bed 2 bath one in suit with a open plan living room dinning room and kitchen.
