How to choose the right architect for your house plans?
This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
1. The property is in an estate. 2. I want a double story house with sqm under the house for the double story. 3. I want an estimate based on a double story house. I require the house to have flat tile roof. 4. With design I have attached examples below. 5. I want the house design to have double garage. Enough size to have a small work shop at the back of the garage. 6. The ground floor should an open dining room, seating, lounge kitchen and must have dry room and outside toilet. The three bed rooms should be on the first floor with in suite and separate bathroom. The in suite should have minimal dressing room. The should also be a cinema room at the 1st floor and study room.

I need a remodel in my home a fencing with boundary wall and electric fence and i also need finishing.I wish all this project can take up to two to three weeks. My home which i need to be taken care of is 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms q 1 kitchen and sitting area. We want to build a house in mpumalanga as our retirement and vacation home. I have a picture of how it must look and the details on what must be included. Need an architect to assist with formal plans. 3beds upstairs, all ensuite (toilet separate with own door) with the master bedroom having balcony. Downstairs, open plan. Downstairs will be dedicated to social family spaces, with a large gourmet Kitchen overlooking an open area flowing seamlessly to the wide Outdoor Living. A house based on karoo architecture with some restraints due to being situated in an urban conservation development in Montagu, Western Cape. I am trying to limit the first phase cost to R1m by building an initial open space, that can later be further developed. Initially, hopefully, a single bedroom, single bathroom, two car garage space. Excluding verandas, i expect about 22m by 8m ground coverage, with about 80m empty loft space. I am not looking at fitted rooms. Just good, basic design ideas. A first phase of no more than R1m.

A braai room at the side of an existing house with french doors to garden. Entrance door from kitchen and sliding doors of the bedroom. Flat roof with extension to create cover between braai room wall and house wall. Windows on the side of house cant are built over. Size approx 8m x 4m. Moving into house mid-Feb.
Hi we are hoping to get a new painting,white specifically with white tiling, our kitchen is small and outdated so just want to get rid of everything in there. From there just wow us with the rest of the work. We need a new look in the house. The area that needs to be painted is about x looking at the plan , that is 3 rooms, 3mx3rooms.
