Hi there . I would like a quote for a spit braai for our Christmas function here on site . We would like to have some roasts on the spit as well as potatoes where the juices can drip onto .We would like you to provide the tables and chairs and cutlery as well as salads and pudding. I think pork, beef as well as 2 roast chickens will do. Please can you contact me urgently ? Thank you
We are a school and we will be hosting our end of year function on 9 December from 15:00 onwards at , Cornelius street, Fairland. We are having a picnic like event and would like a food truck, desert truck and a bar. Please let me know if you can assist :) Many thanks and I hope to hear from you soon.
The function is a 70th birthday party to be held in the garden. We would like potatoes cooked with the meat and 3 x additional salads. Guests arriving at 6.30 p.m. Supper to be served buffet style at 7.30 p.m. Good chance it will be during loadshedding. Please is it possible to get some info today. Thank you
Please can you quote me on the following for a baby shower at 1pm: 1. Buffet Option (late lunch/early supper) (Do you have different options of what you can choose off the buffet menu as there are a lot of options) 2. Staff serving & Clearing 3. All Cutlery & Crockery 4. Tables & Chairs 5. Table Decor 6. Barman – there is a bar inside the house but its empty so you would need to provide glasses & alcohol
80th Birthday party for 50 guests. Valentine theme. We have tables and chairs, but wish you to quote on that as well. A self-service for finger food and maybe a bulk lasagne or similar. must be a mix of savoury and sweet pastries and 8 cakes: 2 each of Carrot Cake, Milk tart, Baked Cheesecake and Melva Pudding and Custard. We will supply cool drinks, tea and coffee.
My dad is having a small 60th birthday. The theme is Western/Country, and we want to keep things simple, but tasteful. His wishes are that it be held in his family church building in Wetton (not sure exactly where, but will get details this week) which can take up to 80 people (although we are only inviting 50 guests or less). Although we'd prefer a plated event, we're mindful of the fact that the church does not have a kitchen from which your team may use to cook/reheat food, only a side hall that they use for other smaller functions (this will be ideal for the catering set up). So we're likely to opt for a buffet-styled event. There are two seating styles we are looking at: either banquet style where long tables will be set up in a U-shape or round tables with 10 persons seated per table. This is largely dependent on the interior of the building itself, which I'm inspecting later this week. For now, I need to know what packages/costs we are looking at for catering, and more or less what are our options from a food perspective within a range of budgets - so that I can discuss them with my siblings. Kind regards,
This is for my daughter's wedding. She would like to have lamb shanks appear on the menu, it can however be a bit expensive so I would like to also be provided with some alternative options. She wants the catering to be pre-plated and not buffet style. Please provide us with some menu ideas and pricing.
Baby shower ( a baby girl) for 20 guests at 15h00 Give me a quote for some savoury and sweet platters The mini phyllo cups ( butternut and onion, mushroom pesto feta and the smoked chicken?) I already have cupcakes as well as macaroons. I have some white plates at home I would like your recommendation Kind regards
I have a venue that needs to be decorated with a white tent, lighting with cocktail tables chairs, sofas, round tables to eat at, cutlery, glases. Finger food given by waiters while we wait for spit. Music, lighting, dance floor. Main coarse spit with bread, potatoes, salads and deserts after main coarse. 50th birthday party
Date: 29 April Time: They will need to be able to dish from 18:00 to 22:00pm Where: The lawn braai area, Mbombela Stadium, Nelspruit Spitbraai with different kinds of meat and sides (it will be for approx. people in total)- but two different areas. This is for VIP guests in an area. Then 80 artists who will get a pre-dished meal. The VIPs and artists cannot eat or dish together. We will then also need cutlery and serviettes as well as sides for the spitbraai. The caterers will then also need to bring their own tents/gazebos and equipment needed to keep the food warm and fresh.
