Aim – 3 Story house with 4 Bedrooms & Helper room. • 3 X Family Bedrooms. • 1 X Guest Room. • 1 X Helper room. • We would like to maximize views or Dam and light • We also want the house to naturally temperate regulate Ground floor: 1. Double-Garage. 2. Laundry room (Ironing area & Easy access to the washing line) --- Do we need whole room? 3. Guest Toilet. 4. Helper Room (With shower & Toilet). 5. Entertainment Lounge (Leading to a close Balcony with a Braai area) 6. Swimming Pool. --- > First Floor: 1. Kitchen – Open Plan (With a Scalars & Pantry). 2. Dinning Lounge. 3. TV Lounge (With Open Balcony & a Braai area). 4. 1st & 2nd Bedrooms (Sharing a full Bathroom). Second Floor: 1. Master Bedroom. a. Ensuit. b. Private Balcony. 2. Guest Room. a. Ensuit. b. Private Balcony. 3. Parking area from the Top entrance. 4. Door from the Top entrance to the house. NB: • We want to take an advantage of the slope, hence we opt for 3 story house. Remodel existing garage from single to double and design new entrance
Hi I want to have a front wall built in front of the garden on the boundary. I have a builder and the existing plans with me however I would just need a quote for the updated plan for the wall on the boundary. At some point, I would like to add a splash pool in my yard and room on top of the garage. This would be at a later stage (approximately within two years) So I would like to have this added to the plan as well. Kind Regards
