I have a square meters plot that I would like to use for retail purposes with offices above.
We would like to remodel the existing house and add to it. The face of the house would like it to be redone so that it looks beautiful then convert the existing house into a kitchen, dining and lounge. (currently we have a small kitchen , 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & a small lounge) Then build on a new structure that will be attached to the old house to build 4 rooms with a small-medium office space , laundry room. Kitchen to have a pantry with a separate sing space for the dishes. Add a double garage. We are looking at demolishing the old structure, & rebuild from it.
We would like to add another room, lift the Braai room so that it is the same level as house. Make TV Room and Braai room as one room. Combine exciting 2 bathrooms as 1 bathroom and add another bathroom. Extend Garage. Replace wooden window frames with Aluminium ones. Retile entire house.

I am based in Mokopane. I live close to a mine and they detonate a lot so I would like advice on the material I should use to build my house. I would like to use wood work and glass material as I love light. A double storey house with the top layer with only 2 bedrooms a main and a normal standard room for my son. I would like the main bedroom to have an en suite. The bottom layer to have 1 bedroom, a kitchen, lounge and dining area and bathroom.
I would love an eco friendly house made of steel and solar glass with primarily wood floors and nutec ceilings...raised if possible with only a master suite on top oor with wic and full bath along with a small fireplace and a huge patio all round. This would ensure mountain and sea views all round. 2 bedrooms below, 1 shared bathroom...the rest open plan. Lounge brick built fireplace. Solar panels for off the grid living. Gas geyser and oven, led lights. French doors opening to patio with brick built braai under cover. It also has a panhandle of approximately 45x3M long so I need a swing gate (remote) at entrance. And auto garage opening with direct access to the house. The ground is reasonable flat. The roof should be as flat as possible but designed to collect as much rainwater as possible. Also planning a grey water system. Oh apparently I need to have a sewage pit? Phew that's a lot, let me know of you need any further details.
I am based in Kwambonambi in Richards Bay. We have a house in Langebaan, the house was built in , but I currently do not have the plans of the house. I would like to remodel my house in Langebaan, it currently has a single garage but I would like to extend it to a double garage with a room on top. I am still indecisive if the room is going to be a bedroom/studio.
