I want to extend the current house structure into a 3 bed, 2 bath + carpor/garage, the current structure will have to be converted into an open Lounge/Dining/Kitchen & Bathroom. The current main bedroom & bathroom will have to be broken down to make space for the open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen & The current guest bedroom be converted into a bathroom. The new 3 bedrooms & bathroom will use the open space at the back. I am open to layout changes/suggestions. There's no front boundary wall, this would have to included.
