Doing my books
Submission of tax return, probably has to be a walk-in at a SARS branch (with a SARS Special Power of Attorney) due to multiple tax numbers issue that was reassured by two SARS branches as “would definitely be resolved” but never was. As a result my eFiling remains locked and I cannot book a virtual appointment to submit tax return either. I’m now living in Taiwan and need to find a service that can assist. My only source of income in SA is bank interest income and the tax return is fairly simple, except that it cannot be done on any SARS platform.
My accounting officer of 15 years passed away suddenly and he would do yearly submission to SARS for the company and me in a personal capacity. accounts are small, it is a micro business with links to educational consultancy. Due to him passing we are struggling to find the small invoices which we held every month and I have tried to do the VAT returns for now.
I need to register the company, source funding and keep our books and financial statements up to date. Be in line with SARS standards and protocol. Register employees at Department of Employment and Labour for UIF, COID, Skills Development Programmes should anything, unforeseen circumstances happen at work. Conduct Performance Appraisal events such as awards and awareness support groups to keep everything in check and everyone at peace whilst performing their duties diligently. Hire highly skilled and sensitive Mental Health Care Professionals who have passion for humanity and want the best

I have a massage parlour, I am only now really starting to make money as I had to shut down for Covid and business is only now really starting to pick up. A friend of mine who is an accountant did register me on an accounting portal but mentioned that I do still need a tax consultant to help me. I do not know much about the process or the costs and need someone who can help by letting me know exactly what is needed.
I am working as a consulted in Intercare Medical and Dental Clinic. I would like it if you were to assist me with my tax submissions.
I currently work full-time in Cape Town, and my employer handles all of my taxes. Recently, I’ve started doing some online work and receive payments in dollars. Would you be able to help me with the tax implications of this additional income? Also, do you think it would be advisable for me to register a company for this side business?
I registered by business with sars halfway through the year, but I don't think I have fully registered it properly (this is my first time doing this) I just need someone to please sit with me and guide me as to what steps I must take to complete my registration, and what I'll need to do from there after. Thank you
