I currently live in a two bedroom two garage home in Heuweloord Ext 3 on a 1 hector land. I wish to remodel and extend the house to a four bedroom double story home. The downstairs should have a kitchen, sitting room and a dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom that should be used as a dual laundry room. The upper floor should have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the main bedroom should have an en-suit and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms should have the Jack and Jill bathroom style. I also need a study and a spacious balcony overlooking the N14 highway.
Just need a small cabinet that includes 1 bedroom, 1 dining, small kitchen and 1 bathroom.
I just need plans for extension or additional houses for rent in the property. We are looking 4-5 units, in an L shape, each will consist of an open plan small kitchen & lounge with toilet & shower

I have a hollow facebrick Cylindrical structural support pillar with a narrow spiral staircase around it that I would to have modernized so that the staircase can be more functional and that the functionless area can work. Please see attachment of current structure
