Interior design floor plan for a natural medicine practice with 3 consulting rooms, a store and a wash room. Erf is GB1 zoned and in n1 value centre complex.
1) need to close balcony with window, 2) want to replace garage doors with sliding doors, 3) want to replace replace garage window with sliding door, 4) want to add carports to side of building. Thanks!
1. SCOPE OF WORK To design a new house, plus minus m2 / m2 total floor area, with the following accommodation schedule: • 1x Main bedroom with En-Suite and dresser. • 1x Bedroom with En-Suite. • 1x Study that eventually could be used as a 3rd bedroom - guest toilet included with separate access. • Open plan Living area that opens up onto a big covered patio area for outdoor living. • Kitchen area with separate scullery. • Double garage with additional storage area camping equipment.
I urgently need someone to come and give advice on whether part of a wall can be removed and to give ideas for a very small adjustment to the kitchen. Thanks!
