How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
I want to build a town in Senegal, I have inspired myself with the way century city cape Town is built. I need an architects who can design for me a century city plan like or even better but being inspired by it. Please advise the way forward. Thank you.
We wish to build a new modern and functional multi-level family home in Nirvana (polokwane). The house should have at-least 4 bedrooms (all en-suite). . The master bedroom should be on the ground floor as my mom is elderly ( avoiding stairs). Perhaps we can include a garden and decent size splash pool .
