I am currently in Addis Ababa. And just would like price to have a drawing as per excell plan attached. This is a farmhouse, though we would like to have a proper plan, especially regarding the thatched roof. The location is also indicated in WORD by means of screen shots. The veranda is 90 sqm.It has a Victorian style look.The roof is hipped.I want to convert it into 2 apartments.The house has a lounge ,dining room with 4.5 bed- room room and study room. with 2 bahroom. Reupholster one 3 seater couch and one chair. Advice on space planning and how to make the most of my existing furniture in the space I have.
Need costs for planning assistance please - 2 mods to 1 house. Want to convert a part of a large house to a separate granny flat and also build a new adjoining 1-car garage for it. (There is an existing large open-plan workroom that has an en-suite existing bathroom (at the end of one side of a house), want to change this into a granny-flat) Also want to build a new small workroom extension on the other side of the house (size of a single garage with entrance into the house). At the moment, our lounge dining room and kitchen are open planned. There’s a loft above the kitchen. We would like to extend the lounge(by 3m) and give our house a modern finish. We would like to build a double volume lounge ,dining room. Outside the kitchen is an entertainment area which is 6x6m, we would like to incorporate the entertainment with the house.
As a school we are wanting to renovate our staff room. I attach an architect's proposed plan. It will include renovating the kitchen, putting vinyl flooring, replacing chairs and tables, building new pigeon holes for 72 teachers, replacing stack doors to the outside patio and upgrading the patio area with a screen. My Visa Center Needs to be remodelled. but we still want to keep operations running whilst all the renovations are happening. We are closed on weekends and i dont mind opening up the center for renovations to carry on without any operations running. i am also willing for this to happen after hours. Want to build a double garage next to existing house (attached)with a flat parrapit roof withIBR sheeting.At back of garage a 3x6 kitchen which will lead from existing house lounge. Garage 6x6 and kitchen 3x6 so total area 54 square meters. I have more than enough plot area so not going over building boundaries etc.
I just bought a big old house, I need the interior design to redesign the whole house. There is a wall between the kitchen and the dining room and between the living room.
