We are planning to build a total of apartments ranging from 50 m2 to m2. The 1st phase of the project would be apartments and the common areas of frailcare, dining room, kitchen, lounge and clu house entertainment areas and open parking areas for motor vehicles. Entrance gate and boundary fence. There is a R, bulk services contribution per unit that must be added to the cost of the building.
