I have a two bedroom flat on the beach front in Ballito that I airBnB and I need a company who can come in and make sure the place is cleaned between bookings. This includes before reservations and after the clients have left. This should also be inclusive of laundry services. We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. The previous tenant wiped the walls only halfway up, so now there are marks halfway up the walls. We also need help with unpacking and folding some clothes and linen and with putting it into cupboards. I have put it down as an extra, Laundry and ironing.
It is the windows I require cleaning of. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen windows. 2 bed & 2 batrooms are upstairs and the rest of the windows are downstairs. The main bedroom and downstairs bedroom have small sliding doors, 1 x small sliding door in the lounge, a bigger one in the dining room leading to the patio and a glass door to the quart yard and a glass entrance door.
I will be running a home for holiday rentals. I would need cleaning services as and when there are guests booked. For the duration of the guests' stay, cleaning would be daily (except Sunday) and when there are no guests booked, light cleaning weekly. The house is fitted with a washing machine and dryer, there would be a need for washing and ironing linen and towels for each booking. The area is in a game reserve with a lot of dust, window cleaning would be required once a month.

Empty cottage with all furniture removed, earthenware tiling throughout, total of 29 sqm. Include windows. Hi Guys.... we are in the process of purchasing a large estate in Kabeljouws, which we are positive will require a full and deep clean of each of the 4 buildings that lie on the estate grounds, once we have paperwork signed off to us. property consists of... 1. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 dressing area), 2. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 smaller dressing area) 3. 1 x 3 bedroomed en-suited property. 4. 1 large laapa (walled and roofed) 2 entrances....i small kitchen area AND cooking area, 1 small bar area & ALL shelves, 2 bathrooms that support 3 chalet style bedrooms (please move the beds first so that any rubbish just pushed under the beds themselves, can be removed...if required. ALL kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms, staircases, lounge areas, all flooring (tiled or carpeted), are to be cleaned and well presented (we shall have a director from domestic services on-site to check each property & job is completed) As we plan to alter ALL garages on this estate, being changed into en-suited bedrooms, there MAY be up to a further 12 of these to completely clean out (depending upon how clean the builders are) once the alterations have been completed. If windows/frames and carpeting needs to be cleaned as well, then please price separately for this work on an estimate system. Although this is nothing to do with this project itself, we are also purchasing other properties in this area, as well as Jay-Bay & Knysna areas (for other clients), that MAY also be allocated to the tendered company we select.
