Hi Guys.... we are in the process of purchasing a large estate in Kabeljouws, which we are positive will require a full and deep clean of each of the 4 buildings that lie on the estate grounds, once we have paperwork signed off to us. property consists of... 1. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 dressing area), 2. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 smaller dressing area) 3. 1 x 3 bedroomed en-suited property. 4. 1 large laapa (walled and roofed) 2 entrances....i small kitchen area AND cooking area, 1 small bar area & ALL shelves, 2 bathrooms that support 3 chalet style bedrooms (please move the beds first so that any rubbish just pushed under the beds themselves, can be removed...if required. ALL kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms, staircases, lounge areas, all flooring (tiled or carpeted), are to be cleaned and well presented (we shall have a director from domestic services on-site to check each property & job is completed) As we plan to alter ALL garages on this estate, being changed into en-suited bedrooms, there MAY be up to a further 12 of these to completely clean out (depending upon how clean the builders are) once the alterations have been completed. If windows/frames and carpeting needs to be cleaned as well, then please price separately for this work on an estimate system. Although this is nothing to do with this project itself, we are also purchasing other properties in this area, as well as Jay-Bay & Knysna areas (for other clients), that MAY also be allocated to the tendered company we select. Full renovation including kitchen remodel, small guest loo remodel, vinyl flooring for about sqm, paint all walls, stacker doors at entrance, new light fixtures, relining pool, enclosing an 8sqm courtyard to form part of the kitchen as a scullery, removal of pillars in the living area which take up unnecessary space (engineer has said its possible with box support beam).
I would like to remove a 4m long wall separating the kitchen and dining room area to create a more open plan house. I suspect I will need to put some sort of supporting beam at the top to support the roof structure. I live in a semi-detached house in the woosdtock area, the house is >60 years old and has high ceilings. I don't know where I would need to start to get approval for the change and plans to ensure I don't break anything. This is where I would like the most help. Finding a contractor thereafter is not something I'm worried about.

I am the broker for a property in Escombe. The was a leakage in a unit and the water leaked to the unit below and we now need carpet cleaning for said unit that had the water damage. The carpet is said to not have suffered any damage so now we just need a good a proper clean. Please send me a quick email so that we can liaise. A lot of loose items in one bedroom (we buy and sell items on regular basis). Home has last been deep cleaned more than 5 years ago. Hi, I would like to get a quote for clients of mine who bought a property. The property has been vacant for 6 weeks and the garden needs attention. Cutting off grass, removing weeds in grass and on driveway/tiles next to the pool. Trim hedges & general garden maintenance. After the big clean they would potentially like for you guys to come in weekly or every 2nd week? I would also like a quote on that please. The property address is 17 Digteby Estate. We are not too sure the size the area/lawn. It is a sizeable garden area but not bigger than a rugby field. The pers who usually maintains the garden is unable to due to illness so we need somee who can just maintain the garden and lawn area for the time until the pers is able to again.
