The house should be two story house. Atleast with 4 to 5 bedrooms. I would like tascan roofing, porch and balcony. I have square meter, piece of land. I have municipal plan but I want to make some alterations. This plan is the two story house plan. I would like to add 3 more bedrooms on 2nd floor and a balcony on the lounge which must be over the garage. Attached please find the examples on how more less I would like the house to look like. We have built our own home of about sqm, and lived in the house for several years now. The house has a steel flat roof, and with the kids growing up we are wanting to put a loft room on top of the double garage. The thinking is to convert the flat roof on top of the garage to a pitched roof to make room for the loft. So need helping tweaking already approved plans to accommodate a loft room on top of the garage.
