1. Balcony window • Re-secure the window bar’s fittings into the correct position across the width of the window. (The window bar came loose and is currently held in place with cable ties.) 2. Balcony wall (Option 1 - Seal & paint) • Remove all paint off balcony wall down to original brick work • Apply x2 coats of xypex concentrate • Apply primer once xypex has dried • Apply x2 coats white bathroom paint (mould-proof) to entire balcony wall, surrounding balcony walls and balcony ceiling 3. Balcony wall (Option 2 - Paint only) • Apply x2 coats white bathroom paint (mould-proof) to entire balcony wall, surrounding balcony walls and balcony ceiling 4. Kitchen wall • Break through a section of the kitchen wall to create a 'sort of' half wall between the kitchen and living room, given the potential structural limitations of the wall. The aim is: To have light carry through from the kitchen to the lounge in the afternoon, and from the lounge to the kitchen in the morning. The apartment is quite dark. To create more of a connection between the kitchen and the living area, making it feel less isolated, but still separated. To ever so slightly increase the usable surface area in the kitchen. 5. Parquet floor sanding • Sand down the parquet floor and baseboards in the bedroom, lounge and entry-way. Then, re-stain with a light stain to remove scratches, stick down loose pieces and overall lighten the apartment. Thanks so much!

A small, modular Recovery Plant is required that will be fully enclosed. To fit all the major pieces of equipment the building exterior high will be about 10m, width roughly 6m and length about 8m. The interior will house the equipment, when fully operational these pieces of equipment together will approximately weigh about 12tons - therefore the interior needs to have a steel/iron structure that holds these pieces in the correct position. To access all parts the structure would need to have a staircase. Ideally the building will have good ventilation to regulate the temperature inside the buidling.
1. I have a small section of wall that is falling over. 1m high wall that holds back the yard work and is about 3 M long that will have to be broken down and rebuilt. 2. We want to plant grass in front yard. Grass needs to be able to withstand a lot of traffic of a dog running up and down and be able to survive shaded winters and in the sun summers. Not sure if this is possible. 3. We want to move our pool to a new location. Ideally rebuild new pool but if better to just move current shell also open to that. Would have to explain in person. We have a terrace wall that is breaking away and will have to be rebuilt and when swimming pool is moved the hole must be filled and everything will have to be repaved. An in person estimate would be best as there are a few moving parts to quote on.

Hi Guys.... we are in the process of purchasing a large estate in Kabeljouws, which we are positive will require a full and deep clean of each of the 4 buildings that lie on the estate grounds, once we have paperwork signed off to us. property consists of... 1. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 dressing area), 2. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 smaller dressing area) 3. 1 x 3 bedroomed en-suited property. 4. 1 large laapa (walled and roofed) 2 entrances....i small kitchen area AND cooking area, 1 small bar area & ALL shelves, 2 bathrooms that support 3 chalet style bedrooms (please move the beds first so that any rubbish just pushed under the beds themselves, can be removed...if required. ALL kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms, staircases, lounge areas, all flooring (tiled or carpeted), are to be cleaned and well presented (we shall have a director from domestic services on-site to check each property & job is completed) As we plan to alter ALL garages on this estate, being changed into en-suited bedrooms, there MAY be up to a further 12 of these to completely clean out (depending upon how clean the builders are) once the alterations have been completed. If windows/frames and carpeting needs to be cleaned as well, then please price separately for this work on an estimate system. Although this is nothing to do with this project itself, we are also purchasing other properties in this area, as well as Jay-Bay & Knysna areas (for other clients), that MAY also be allocated to the tendered company we select. Thank you & kind regards... Dave. DAVID MOULD. C.E.O.
