We want to renew our wedding vows as we did not have our 1st wedding reception. I would like a harvest table for starters, cheeses, breads, meats (preserve type thing). For dinner I prefer, tapas style, different food coming out of the kitchen, served by waiters. I would like a traditional spitbraai with Lamb served with baby potatoes and onion, garlic bread, coleslaw and greek salad. How many grams of lamb per person is catered for. Possibilty of a bread table while meat is cooking. if it rains what is the contingency plan? Function will be at a residential property in Vermont for late afternoon/early evening.
This will be for an 80th Birthday party in a private house in Durbanville Hills. It will be an event where people will be encouraged to move around and chat so food must be selected onto a small plate and eaten without cutlery. So small robust disposable plates will be required.
