Dear Sirs My mother is turning 80 in September . My siblings and I would like to celebrate her 80th birthday on either Saturday the 14th September or Sunday the 15th September [date to be confirmed]. I would like to obtain a quotation from you to provide a savoury and sweet platter for 10 guests upon their arrival. For lunch we were thinking of having a beef lasagne, mild curry and rice and a beef roast with potatoes and vegetables as well as a green salad and potato salad with onions and egg and for dessert a malva pudding. We plan to have ou year planning between 7:30 and 12:30 (22 people). From 12:30 we will have our Year End function and our guests will join us for lunch, we will be all together 46 people for the year end function. The morning and afternoon session will be held at Boland Landbou School. There are plates, glases, cutlary etc. Will appreciate if you could help with tea/coffee and a small snacks for the morning and tea time. And spitbraai for lunch. Ok need some options for a 21st bday pool party .want a table for kiddies table and other side for the adults and teenagers ..iam open for idees and from that i will be able to decid ..because i have to think about some of the guest that wont be able to provide for them self .and also have think also not to go to big in food or overboard.because there will be about 25 small kiddiea ages from 1yr to 8yrs ...adults and teenagers 14 yr and older and adults ..i did get a few comments .but didnt give me that yes this is what i want..

Our event is very unique with a limited budget related to different items and have specific times to serve to various components according to program at different venues ....learners get seperate from adults ...judges need arrival snacks and beverages.
