It is 's 50th anniversary. Being a Primarily German Owned company we need to make an impression on our International German Colleagues and our Very important Customers and Guests. We will have a budget, however I don't know what that budget will be yet. We will be showcasing some of our Machines on the day and we need Entertainment and Service ideas throughout the whole of the day (German October Fest kind of vibe). 80th Birthday party for 50 guests. Valentine theme. We have tables and chairs, but wish you to quote on that as well. A self-service for finger food and maybe a bulk lasagne or similar. must be a mix of savoury and sweet pastries and 8 cakes: 2 each of Carrot Cake, Milk tart, Baked Cheesecake and Melva Pudding and Custard. We will supply cool drinks, tea and coffee.
My dad is having a small 60th birthday. The theme is Western/Country, and we want to keep things simple, but tasteful. His wishes are that it be held in his family church building in Wetton (not sure exactly where, but will get details this week) which can take up to 80 people (although we are only inviting 50 guests or less). Although we'd prefer a plated event, we're mindful of the fact that the church does not have a kitchen from which your team may use to cook/reheat food, only a side hall that they use for other smaller functions (this will be ideal for the catering set up). So we're likely to opt for a buffet-styled event. There are two seating styles we are looking at: either banquet style where long tables will be set up in a U-shape or round tables with 10 persons seated per table. This is largely dependent on the interior of the building itself, which I'm inspecting later this week. For now, I need to know what packages/costs we are looking at for catering, and more or less what are our options from a food perspective within a range of budgets - so that I can discuss them with my siblings. This is for my daughter's wedding. She would like to have lamb shanks appear on the menu, it can however be a bit expensive so I would like to also be provided with some alternative options. I need a cleaning person to come in on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I usually have a schedule worked out for what needs to be cleaned on what day, see it as follows. Mon: top part of the house, Wed: bottom part of the house, Fri: top part again. It is a double story house, not completely sure about the dimensions/size. I will also be needing laundry and ironing, but not every time the person comes to clean, on a lesser basis when requested.
