We need advice on what needs to be done to obtain a COC. It is a farm / rural/ setting. We then need a COC to be issued when compliant as well, We were also advised to rather remove unnecessary items like pumps for water fountains, "pretty stoep lights" and self installed leads etc. The are three Eskom low amp boxes on the property that feeds each building
