Thus far we have managed to get prompt service and we managed to get the necessary quotes for the building plan that we need. So now from our side we are just waiting on the Registration Process to be finalized and when the property is registered in our names. Then we can begin with the process of starting with the actual building plan.

We want to make sure our home Interior design looks more modern than currently living in both inside and outside . 5 bedrooms , with 1 en suit , 2 separate bathrooms . kitchen lounge is open plan . Dinning room and living open plan .
We would like to extend or increase the room sizes of the current house. For example, increase the bathroom space to allow for a shower. Increase the lounge and kitchen space as well. We have approved as-built drawings and require new layouts for municipal approval. The date of the house renovations is not yet confirmed.
