Renting a 2-bedroom townhouse from 1 December, will be occupying the property from 1 January. As a school we are wanting to renovate our staff room. I attach an architect's proposed plan. We have a very small 2 bedroom; 2 bathroom flat. We would like to create space efficiencies and get a modernity to the look and feel. Minimalist look would seem to be idea for the space. The flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is a garden patio. The bedrooms are really small and this is where I think we need help in designing. Nice and simple house without a lot of furniture. Greyish and beige furniture and paint with a little bit yellow and white here and there. One or two real plants and some artificial one's. The house must be just a worm family home and kids friendly. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dinning room,study room, 2 bathroom.
