It is just a verandah that was on the original plans that we enclosed. Its tiny and I can send you the plans and the measurements but it is a small job. I want to build a 4 bedroom two story home. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The master bedroom should have an en suite bathroom and there should also be a separate shared bathroom. There should also be a separate toilet and a living room/entertaining area on the top floor. I have some further specs that can be sent upon request.
Mostly nutect. In Franskraal caravan park now trading as Kleinoverbergoord. My sister and I wish to have plans drawn and there could be many more people on average 30-50 others. Most are SASSA recipients. There are at this stage 2 houses but many more possibly will be interested also. Both houses are Nutec ( steel frame)one with 2 bedroom and one bathroom, open plan kitchen/ lounge and dining-room with a garage fully enclosed. Plus minus <m2. The other house ( wooden frame) is a three bedroom, full bathroom ( 2 toilet, basin, bathroom, shower and basin) kitchen, lounge, dining-room, sun-room, braai-room with double braai. Front stoop fully enclosed and small outside patio at the back of the property, fully enclosed plus a man cave or bachelor pad which consists of a bath, basin, toilet and a shower and space for a kitchen-net, or as a separate ablution on the property. Approximately m2.
I'd like to build a 3 room house (with an open plan preferably) in Limpopo, Jane Furse. The house must have at least 1 bed room, 1 bathroom & an open space that I can divide in two for a living room & kitchen. To include fans for air in and an extractor for air out. Contractor would have to provide plans to the municipality and get necessary approvals from the municipality. Need this done in the shortest time possible.

I currently have an older flat that I am looking to do a full remodeling on. This includes painting etc. But I wish to focus on the bathroom in particular. The bathroom currently has a shower installed, I would like to know what it would cost me to have the shower removed and a bath installed instead with shower facility as well.
Require quotes for a bathroom and separate toilet renovation atm. Once the building plans are in place and approved, we would require quotes for an external granny flat/garage conversion also. Afterwards we would like to also renovate the rest of the main house, but all to happen is stages/phases due to people still occupying the premises.
It must be a octagon or a hexagon rondavel. It must have a bathroom, which has a shower and toilet. A big enough space to have a queen size bed, 2 big sofas, mini fridge, screen TV pasted on the wall, a big wardrobe or a built in one. A big aluminium sliding door and Windows. A veranda big enough to put some chairs and sit on. Something that looks almost like what I have attached below. But you can be flexible and make some of your taste.
