Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
Good Day The house is +/- sqm so the whole house needs to be painted outside the house will be two different colours outside Pallasite needs also to be painted and the double door wooden garage needs also to painted The roof doesn't need to be painted And I will supply the paint for everything outside the house
We have 3 bedroom units that need painting, Walls, Cupboards inside and doors, Skirtings. The lounge area walls and kitchen walls above cupboards to be painted. All Ceilings to be painted in the unit including the 3 bathrooms and 1 geyser box in guest bathroom. Some bathroom walls are Tilled to the Ceiling so not much painting in them.

Specification Painting of: Internal walls Ceilings Basement walls and columns Road markings External steel Doors and Wallpaper replacement, as per the attached bill of quantities. The internal office area is currently in use; therefore, the successful contractor will need to plan to carry out work inside the office areas over weekends per section or wing and completing the work on the Sunday so that the wing in question is available for use from Monday morning. Outside work can be done during the week. The tenants of the flat have recently left and the walls of this sqm flat needs to be repainted. The previous paint job wasn't done so well as the painters had painted over things that weren't meant to be painted on. A stain had been left on the ceiling from a burst geyser some time back but in one of the bathrooms in particular, mould had appeared on the ceiling. The walls and ceiling of the bathroom particularly would need to be stripped and repainted.
