(1) obtain/redraw existing plans as we do not have this for the house (2) design a boma area of about 8x6m (3) design extension of existing house 3,7x4,7m (4) design a way to cover up /extend the house's U-shape veranda. I just bought a new stand in Bloemfontein area and looking to build a sqm house with 4 beds, 4.5 baths and 2-3 garages. Currently, I'm looking to get a plan completed and looking for 2 cost options: if architect provides approved plans only, and also if architect were to project manage until the end of the build.
