Balcony wall (Option 2 - Paint only) • Apply x2 coats white bathroom paint (mould-proof) to entire balcony wall, surrounding balcony walls and balcony ceiling 4. Kitchen wall • Break through a section of the kitchen wall to create a 'sort of' half wall between the kitchen and living room, given the potential structural limitations of the wall. The aim is: To have light carry through from the kitchen to the lounge in the afternoon, and from the lounge to the kitchen in the morning. The apartment is quite dark. To create more of a connection between the kitchen and the living area, making it feel less isolated, but still separated. To ever so slightly increase the usable surface area in the kitchen. 5. Parquet floor sanding • Sand down the parquet floor and baseboards in the bedroom, lounge and entry-way. Repair/replace a litre solar geyser. This litre solar geyser is using geyser wise and currently does not heat the water. The diagnosis given by technician is that the system was damaged by loadshedding. I'm looking at the possibility of converting this geyser to a "solar power only" geyser.
Good day, I need an urgent quote on the repair of a gate and electrical fence. We had an accident on Friday where someone hit the gate with a vehicle.
