There's power on the building and all other equipment like sliding gates,pool pumps,.Stove and lights in the house are working. I require information to ensure that there isn't any loose strands of open ended live wires that may electrocute or set the house alight.

is a walled estate established for over 20 years it has currently got onsite guards 2 day 2 night patrolling access control by guards and call in verification of guests or contractors We are looking at improving off site monitoring / UFG tag or similar to allow owners access and 24 /hr monitoring with at least one guard day and night
Good day, we bought a property and cannot move in immediately. As we do have a company doing the fencing and security, we would need a company (24/7) once we take ownership of the property. This will be within the next week - 10 days. Even when we are waiting for the security company to install the system, we would need a company there before, during, and after. Making enquiry as so how much this service would cost for 20 full days. The property has been burgled occasionally (property not the main house) and currently being sold to new owner. The 24 hour guard would be to keep vandals / thieves from entering the property or main house until sale goes through.
I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms. I have neighbors next door, but they're also at work during the day. House no. 2, Farm Gemsbokspruit. My budget is tight. Only about R2,. Please respond to my query via email. There is a system already installed we need Both, monitoring and armed response. I am moving into a new home on May 1st and the landlord has mentioned that there is an already installed security system that just needs to be linked to a monitoring and armed response service. This is for a semi-attached house in Parklands.
