Minor work Boundary brick wall 3M height x wide Carport to be converted into a garage – front and back garage door to be added and close up the sides of the carport with brick and and the rest clear sheets for light to come in converted into a garage. Swimming pool 6x4m Firepit and brick benches L-Shape Outside toilet Extensions: Stoop and lounge area front of house 1M forward. Extensions to the back making the main bedroom bigger adding an en-suite and interleading room for one of my kids currently sharing the room. Lounge window converted into a sliding door.

Project is to renovate an old bryanston house in phases. Starting with the interior, ceiling, walls, floors for the entire house. then remodelling a newish bathroom and building a walkin cupboard from scratch for the main bathroom. We'd like to start with the end in mind, so to have a full picture of evertyhing, including the exterior walls and roof. We have a contractor we trust and have seen several projects he's done for friends but he is clueless when it comes to helping with the design/redesign, especially around remodelling the bathroom for more space and the walk in cupboard.
Eish...I'm not sure if my initial request will get to the same person. I asked for an architect but I really need someone to help with design/outlining a bathroom, a walk in cupboard as well as an overview of an old house. Most of the interior is solid but we'd like to give them an upgrade/modern feel.
2 1/2 × 2 car garage leading to a 2 bed nutec or wooden house with open plan kitchen and an indoor fireplace. The full bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms while the front porch is the difference plus more of the width of the garage being 2 1/2 car width. The fencing must also be included in the plan where the fence facing the house , which is the same as the fence of the neighbour should be solid to maintain the privacy of the laundry and washing lines.
