I Have 2 x adjoining room spaces with existing concrete slab roofing Approximately 90sqm in total. When i say slab i mean, this was not done to standard by the looks of it. When it rains it leaks and varies probably between 50 - mm thickness, butt brittle as it can be. Bought this house as is. Concrete is cracking and breaking off and pieces fall down. I would like to replace the concrete roofing with IBR sheeting. Need a new registered with Municipality drawing for the change and also would like to break through one wall which already has plinth supports in (this was a large window previously it seems). We will do the breakout and build with our own contractor.

We currently have a standalone yard in Witpoortjie, Roodepoort west. Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garages. We want to extend the house and make it a double story with some wall extensions on the lower ground. On the upper level we want to add another 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a lounge.
The idea is to open a pub not going for a building though we hoping to get customized containers ideally it should be a bar on the bottom, a VIP area on the top and general sitting on the bottom also hoping to have a car wash and braai outside I just need help with the layout.
