Every South African homeowner can avoid lots of problems by waterproofing their homes.
I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.

The previous owner changed the double garage into 3 rooms using drywall. All the power points in the rooms come from one plug and extension cables. I want to change this by installing 2 additional plugs mounted against the drywall. It would be preferred if the cables run through the ceiling and against the walls. A separate light switch also needs to be installed.
The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.

Painting of exterior walls of residence and perimeter walls ( This includes cleaning of walls, filling repairs with patching plaster. undercoat and Duram Amaguard Paint – Tidal Sand.) This paint is a good quality paint but other paint can be used according to clients specifications. 2. Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5. Separate geysers and plugs mixed circuits. Install dbs for 5 units 3 has already had own dbs. Build kiosk or danger room with two dbs 1st one supply 6 units plus danger room , outside lights ,gate motor,water booster pump,cameras electric fence and 2nd db supply 2 units . Each units must hv its own db .
