We would like to extend or increase the room sizes of the current house. For example, increase the bathroom space to allow for a shower. Increase the lounge and kitchen space as well. We have approved as-built drawings and require new layouts for municipal approval. The date of the house renovations is not yet confirmed.

I have 8 completed garages and want plans to convert 4 or 5 garages into home and other 3 or 4 stays garages. The plans i currently have shows it halved into 2 homes and plans are not approved by previous architect. I purchased it in this manner.
