1. Toilet handle broken. Can still flush if we open the cistern and pull the lever. 2. Outside pipe that leads the water from the washing machine and kitchen taps to the drain bitten off by dog. Now water flowing into yard. Replacement of pipe (and studier pipe) required. Pipe length roughly 3-4m long but leads around around the corner to the drain. Repair/ replace gutters and downpipes where required ( half the house has been done), attend to fascia boards and external ceilings where required and possibly damlseal and paint brick boundary wall.
