Hi. I would like to build a double storey house in the rocky stand. 3 bedrooms on first floor, main bedroom with ensuite. The ground floor to have an open plan kitchen dining and living area. Laundry, guest toilet and double garage also on ground floor. Since the area is on a hill the area is not flat so we need to cater for that.
