How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
Double story house, 4BR en-suite batrooms. 2 master bedrooms on 2nd floor, connected by a thin landing that over looks the open foyer of the house on 1 side and other side against the floor to ceiling windows. 1 floor open plan kitchen with island, with dining room. Living room in the middel connected to the foyer. And 2 bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. The building in a U shape built around the pool. On the other end the deck over looking the ocean.
Clean each room thoroughly: Dust; wipe walls/ceiling/ furniture/ornaments and fixtures(doors, window panes, lighting), clean inside of windows( 1 sliding door, 2 windows, kitchen windows, 3 bedroom windows, 1 bathroom window & 1 toilet window) May include carpet cleaning in lounge/passage and 3 bedrooms Clean 1 bathroom/ 1 adjoining toilet with steam/sanitising methods Please quote or speak to me to do so more accurately. Clean a small 2-bedroom flat properly and clean its windows too. Few items of furniture must be moved and dusted under. Clean fridge in and out. Walls inside where necessary. Tiled flat and one 3by2 carpet vacuumed. Reliable and trustworthy person required who will work independently. Please, someone who is not overweight. Was hoping you could help us out as well I intend to build a 3 room/lounge and bedroom with attached bathroom extension to a currently standing house. Lounge: 10 x 7m Bedroom: 7 x 7m Bathroom: 5 x 4m Please could you advise me on how much would this cost incl labour and materials etc. Please do advise the difference in cost if we build a double storey instead of single. I have a single story, 3 bedroom house with a single garage. I plan to extend the house forward by 90sq or so and to build up, over the extended 90sq + an additional sq (to include the main bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, with bath/shower etc.) of an existing home. I plan to add an additional garage as well, would like to remove the old swimming pool, and build a bigger one.
We're purchasing a home in Westdene and a general home inspection revealed some defects in the roof. We'd like a specialist to inspect and advise on the extent of the defect (how critical it is), give options on fixes and estimate the cost of fixing it. This is quite urgent (we need this done by Wednesday next week).
Would like to do a four bedroom 3 bathroom double story almost beach style house. Lounge dining room kitchen and main bedroom with en suite at the bottom. 3 bedrooms on top one with an en suite and 2 that share a bathroom. Smaller style lounge/ bar area ontop floor as well. Want to do a deck style outdoor section with entertainment area underneath the deck area built in braai and ground fire pit ideally the roof should extend over the deck area on top for coverage. Deck area can be wrap around. As well as an outside shower style section to wash of from when coming back from the beach. The land is square meters and sits approximately meters of the beach Boundaries are 5 meters from front of property 1.5 meters from sides and 3 meters from back of property.
