Hi, currently we r living in a very old house & need advice. Either to build a new house joining onto the old one or if possible to change the old house completely. We r staying in a very old house with asbestos walls & part of the house is raised on pillars. We need advice what will be the best option & will take it further from their to get plans drawn up. I want to know the call out fees to do this call out for advice firat & what r fees afterwards. If possible for someone to come out as quick as possible. Thanks!
Hello! It will be a double story house. 3 bedrooms upstairs with a pajama lounge and study. One guest bedroom downstairs, a room to work from home, dining room, formal lounge, TV room, and another lounge with braai area which opens to outdoors. I have a plot in the Overberg in Botrivier. I have sold my business and would like to move there in the early part of next year. I would like to build a 1.5 bedroomed home. I need plans drawn up and the assistance to take this for Municipal approval. I am vascillating between utilizing Nutec or brick and I am not sure which route to go with? My main concern is a very well insulated but sunny home that is reasonably stylish and cottagey and quaint but not overpriced. I have quite a lot of metal in my body and feel the cold enormously.

I just need my apartment to look awesome inside, i don't have furniture at the moment but I am willing to know how to put in some furniture with the help of a designer, because my dinning room is together with the sitting room, so i need to know what to do in those two places downstairs, and upstairs i need to change the color of my closet they yellow so i need to know what color can i use to all three bedrooms, and also on my two bathrooms change can i do for the mirrors and those three sinks.

From what I remember their wishes would be to enlarge most of the rooms in the house and to have a double garage. Hi. I am currently working on a project of starting my own car wash-café in Tembisa. My idea is to have a small café that will cater for my customers whilst they wait for their cars to be washed. The café will be erected on a space no more than 8m× 4,5 m. I wish for the car wash café to be distinct from the ones around the neighbourhood and surrounding areas- hence I introduced a café. I would like a black bold interior with lighting that makes clients feel welcomed and comfortable. An L shaped couch and a small table to go with it. And a few silver steel chairs and tables to match with it. I wish for a setting that will accommodate people who come in as groups, pairs and or individuals. And also a counter on the right. The building has sliding doors facing towards the car wash through the 8metre side.. just to give a picture of the scenery.

We already have and guy who can draft for us, the only issue is that he doesn't have a SACAP number witch obviously will cause problems for when we want to send to council. So we want a architect to basically sign of our existing plans if possible to send to council. We are also aware that, that could also not sit well with other architects but since we have a tight budget, we can afford the guy drawing the plans for us Will have to ask the drafter for the exact amount but I think it's about the 8 spare meters or less
