How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
We'd like to extend our home, add another level. Our current house has been divided into two sublet units. We'd like to add another two units or as many as possible.

I need a beautiful single storey farmhouse plan. The project will be in the rural areas in Queenstown hence no municipal approval required. The size of the site is 60mX20m and front facing the east. The house will have 3 bedrooms(one the rooms with ensuite), open plan lounge and dining room, with the kitchen nicely hidden from the lounge but visible to the dining room area,double garage, bathroom and separate toilet, small scullery/laundry, small linen walking closet/storage place.
