We are a rental housing company and want to apply for funding. We require comprehensive financial statements that prove our business will be profitable enough to be funded for large amounts. We currently have two existing rental properties which are fully tenanted. There were loans taken out to fund the construction of the buildings. We want to build a third property and add a side-business inside it with possibly a mobile app to go with the whole project which is where the financial statements will be needed to justify the amount we want to request.
Hi, I’m looking for accounting firms who have a predominant demand of clients who need assistance with their investment planning and corporate investments (surplus cash on balance sheets) where the accounting firms can add an ancillary wealth & investment service to their business, to generate a secondary source of annuity income.
INCOME TAX FROM SALARY. The company I work for hired an Accounting firm to do their tax services and Payroll, the company ended up not doing things so well, my company then decided to fire them. My employer will now be paying our salaries as usual but we will be responsible for our own personal tax submissions and that is something that I need help with. I am able to do it myself but I do not want to and would rather have a professional handle that for me.
Hi, I was forced to pay cash for my breast cancer treatments after my soon to be ex husband removed me from our medical aid prematurely. The medical aid excluded all cancer costs for 1 year as he only reinstat4ed me after 90 days had long passed. I need help to get as much of the medical expenses back as I can without my husband laying claim to them for his provisional tax. I have bank statements proving that I made the payments but I do not know how to proceed. This will impact both this and next year's tax returns for me.
